When booking, it will possible to choose the hotel category among those indicated (4 stars or 3 stars).The accommodation will be done following the booking order giving preference to the hotels near the city centre and the school itself.

By 10^th October, each participant will be informed about the assigned hotel.

Please inform us of any changes of accommodation or problems not later than 12^th October.

Payment conditions
Final date for early bird payment is 30th June 2022.
Deadline for payments with regular price has been postponed until 30th June 2022.
50,00 € will be added to all packages if payment will be made after 30th June and before 31st August, while it will be added € 100,00 if payment is made between 1st and 30th september.
All prices mentioned above are prices per person.
Please note that all bank costs will be covered by the conference participant.
After paying the pro-forma invoice, we will contact you and inform you about further instructions.

Cancellation conditions
We organize the event in the best belief that conference can take place as planned from 17th October to 22nd October.
In case of event cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund all the amount except for 100,00 € due to administrative costs.
Please note that all bank costs will be covered by the conference participant.

If participant will cancel reservation

before 31st August we will refund 80% per persons; before 30th September we will refund 50% of the package price; from 1st October 2022 the package is non-refundable.
